Use Agent settings to control how Inspect handles pull requests you create:

• Review Pull Requests with Inspect starts Review agent on your pull requests.
• Review Pull Request drafts includes draft pull requests when automatic review is on.

If your organization reviews a repository automatically, your pull requests there are reviewed even when Review Pull Requests with Inspect is off. Review Pull Request drafts starts at Organization default, which follows the organization's Review agent timing. Choose On or Off to replace it for your own pull requests.

• Fix Pull Request review findings controls when Inspect addresses review feedback automatically.
• Fix CI checks failures lets Inspect investigate and fix actionable CI failures.
• Run Verification agent on Pull Requests controls automatic local verification and the manual Verification agent action in a session's Reviews menu. It is on by default. See Verification agent.

Create an API key from Settings → API keys for programmatic access to the Inspect public API. Keep keys server-side and rotate them when ownership changes.
