InspectStop session
Interrupt the session's active turn without archiving it. Cancels any queued prompts and sets the session status to `finished`, but leaves `deletedAt` untouched — so a session that was previously archived and resumed can still be stopped. No-ops (returns the current session) when the session is not running. The session can be stopped by the session owner or by the API key user who originally created the session (e.g. when using on_behalf_of).
