Organization set up

A workspace administrator completes organization set up once. Decide which GitHub repositories and Slack channels your organization wants Inspect to access. You can start with a small set and add more later.

Configure GitHub appCopy Anchor Link

1. Install the Inspect GitHub app.
2. Select the repositories Inspect may use.
3. Configure repository builds and associated environment variables.

Configure Slack appCopy Anchor Link

1. Install the Inspect Slack app.
2. Upload the Inspect emoji pack to Slack.
3. Have a Slack workspace owner open Slack admin → Permissions → Account types, search for group, then enable Create and edit user groups for every account type used by Inspect users.

Invite your teamCopy Anchor Link

After shared services are ready, invite teammates to sign in and complete User set up. Link repositories and Slack channels to the relevant Teams or Projects so sessions receive the right context.
