Meet Rob Cahill
Rob Cahill, owner and operator of National Inspection Service of Indiana followed his father into the business in 1995. When I started inspecting homes, I was the youngest inspector in this area. Twenty five years later, I am now the oldest company in the area. When I started in this business, cut and paste had a much different meaning. We dropped off rolls of 35mm inspection photos to the one hour photo shop, then we would pick up the photos in the morning, paste them in the report, and deliver them to the realtors office. We would also, print, paste, and mail the report to the client. The inspection industry has had many changes over the years. The most important thing to consider when choosing your home inspector is experience.
