Meet Rick Moore
Our Lead Inspector Rick Moore is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard. Served six (6) years as a Subsistence Specialist. After service he became a member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation) and the Nations Capital Chefs Association. In the Culinary Field a little over 20 years Rick has done everything from Banquet Chef to Executive Chef. Everybody loves his Banana Pudding.
When not performing Inspections you can find Rick off of Nantucket Fishing for Porgies or on road trips with his family.
